- Q:I have a 2010 Acura MDX and one of the four connectors on the body valve has broken off due to an accident. When I do a search for the part these part numbers are referenced:27700-5B7-000 & 27700-RT4-000. My question is, what is the difference between these two parts, and secondly; if I only need to replace the part with the four connectors do I need to purchase part number 27700-5B7-000? - A:This is just one of American Honda/Acura vendor issues. basically supply and demand issues. The 27700-RT4-000 was originally cataloged just to fit Acura's. The 27700-5B7-000 is cataloged for later year model Honda and Acura's. Its basically comes down to two different manufacturers incase of supply and demand issues. These two part are interchangeable.
