Detach the cable from the negative battery terminal, ensuring you have the correct activation code for the stereo's anti-theft system if applicable. Remove the air duct connecting the air cleaner assembly to the throttle body, then unplug the electrical connectors and label and detach all vacuum hoses from the throttle body. Detach the accelerator cable and, if equipped, the transaxle Throttle Valve cable. Remove the coolant hoses from the throttle body and plug the lines to prevent coolant loss. Unscrew the four mounting nuts for the 1994 Integra or two mounting nuts and two mounting bolts for other models, then separate the throttle body from the air intake plenum, removing the throttle body and gasket while ensuring all old gasket material is cleared. Installation is the reverse of removal, using a new gasket and tightening the mounting bolts or nuts to the specified torque. Adjust the accelerator cable and Throttle Valve cable if equipped, and check the coolant level, adding as necessary.
