Q: The part above on the parts itemized breakdown sheet is identified as a (clutch push pedal stopper pad). Before I order, I need to know if this item is the small round rubberized piece that snaps into a bracket on the top part of the clutch pedal,When the clutch pedal is depressed, (pushed toward floor board) far enough, and you turn the key ignition switch at the same time,it allows the car to start.
