    How should the inner CV joint and boot be removed for the 1990 Acura Legend? Posted by Customer

    Cut off both boot clamps and slide the boot towards the center of the driveaxle, mark or paint alignment marks on the outer race and the tri-pot bearing assembly, remove the snap ring from the end of the axleshaft, secure the bearing rollers with tape, and remove the tri-pot bearing assembly from the axleshaft.
